Mason's availability is based on the fact that he is looking for a big
salary bump, while Charlotte intends to spend its money on other guys
(Eddie Jones, etc) While they might have some interest in Battie, I doubt
we could get Mason without giving up a 1st round pick. Mason is an
intreesting pickup, but it would mean giving up on Walker or Fortson.
