Re: Coaching

I am saying Pitino is a good coach, has won in the pros and college, that his
assistants work in his program and that he is a better coach than any member of
this list. I get tired of hearing Walker and Pitino criticized by the list. I
am saying that the Celtics would have won the game even if Pitino would have
been on the bench. And that we can not coach as well as Pitino, even though we
think we can.

What I am venting about is the continuous stream of negative comments, even when
we win!!! This is a young team. They are not ready for prime time but are on
their way. And when Pitino gets there right pieces, which includes Walker, they
will win and win big. Maybe even the championship. And when the do win, this
list will be saying, well, we could have beat the Lakers by 20 instead of 10 if
only Pitino had done ......

That's what gets old. How about, hey we beat the Heat, damn good!! A positive
vibe or two would do.

Back to lurk mode!
