RE: Ray Reply

Rocket Rod, another Portland vet, wants to play anywhere but Washington, as
do his 11 teammates. Rod is signed for a long deal, ala his holdout, and
seriously would love to play elsewhere, but please remember if we all think
Kenny has a Problem with the current system (RP) we ain't seen problems as
compared to Rod. He is in the mold of JR and Rodman, he does not work hard,
could care less about defense, is habitually late to practice, openly
questions authority and is a classic Shaq type case of a worldclass wasted
talent. No one missed seeing him go in the Rose city.

I am sure he would be welcome in Boston and have his number retired in about
10 years, after leading this team to a number of championships. Rod
Strickland for his own good deserves everything he gets in our nations
capital.

That doesn't make any sense (not the last part,
anyway.) Why would Pitino trade for Vin Baker when he
has no point guard? Wayne Turner, even if he were
acquired, would obviously be a backup. As Pitino has
said many times, talent wins in this league. I wonder
if Rocket Rod Strickland would like to play in Boston?
