Let's not forget one-shot foul shots on all non-shooting, non-backcourt
fouls! When one team was over the limit for the quarter and the other was
not, they'd sometimes "intentionally" foul the other team and put them on
the line for one shot with the chance for a "2 for 1" exchange by scoring
on the other end.
