The play in question was with the Celts down by 4, and 4 seconds left.
Brian Williams tried to make a delay of game by stepping toward Knight as
he's inbounding, but in the process knocked the ball out of Knight's hands.
I, too, thought that was an automatic T, but I checked the NBA Guide and the
rules say that's NOT a technical on the first occurrence--it's just a delay
of game.  Actually, they could have called a personal foul, because Williams
hacked Travis, but that wouldn't have had the same effect as a T, where the
Celts would have had one FT and retained possession.  In any case, it was
one last slap in the face on a frustrating night.
