Re: ANTOINE COSTING THE CELT's TWO POINTS A GAME?

Walker should be a senior year in college. Just so this isn't long winded
there's a difference between putting the ball in your best players hand and
letting your best player pull a boneheaded move. In the Hornets home game loss
and several other games before the coming of Kenny, the shot clock was not
managed well at all and is it unheard of to give the ball to some other player
and have WAlker post up or go thru a few screens for an easier shot? No it's
not is it? But the Celts couldn't even do that in the past because Walker
wouldn't give the Celts time to even set up any sort of play because he rushes
his shot. I am not the largest of Antoine fans but I recognize talent when I
see it and Walker does have talent considering he's still college age. He just
needs to let his game develop at a natural pace instead of trying to force his
progress.

And you know how Walker felt because..........

Yes, I would like some evidence.

Whose hands would you put the ball in, as opposed to the most talented player
and
captain? On a different note, even Larry and Michael have blown opportunities
to
win games.

Agreed, Antoine is a bit arrogant with the refs, but this is a different point
entirely.

Making the all-star team MAKES him an all-star.....

I agree, and this will come with more seasoning. Remember, Antoine would be a
junior this year. He is merely in his basketball infancy......he just happens
to be
the most talented player on this ballclub.
