No there aren't. The contract itself no longer exists. They not only waived
Dino, they bought out his contract. Like paying off a loan with one lump sum
cancelling the loan. The contract still counts against the cap in the year
of the buyout, when there was a contract still, with the amount it counts
(since the contract no longer exists, and may not match the buyout amount)
determined by league rules. But not after that year. This was one of the BIG
reasons for the buyout as opposed to just waiving him.
