RE: Anderson's salary DOES count against C's cap.

I vaguely remember this but that's how the buyout was structured it has 
something to do with Dino's salary structure with the Greek team and Dino 
waiving off the balance years in his contract for a buyout of 7.5 mill. It was 
clear at that time that the balance money on his contract will not count against
the cap.
