Re: RP on Barros

I became interested in checking the stats of these guys:

 mpg- fga - fgm - fg% - 3pa-3pm-3p% - ft% - apg - stl - ppg
20.9 -471 - 202 -.429 - 106- 40 -.377 -.853 - 4.2 - 47 - 7.4
20.8 -341 - 150 -.440 - 69 - 26 -.377 -.745 - 3.9 - 72 - 5.7
21.9 -550 - 251 -.456 - 177- 72 -.407 -.866 - 3.3 - 58 - 9.0
19.9 -531 - 249 -.469 - 211- 88 -.417 -.841 - 3.4 - 74 - 9.4

If you take a look at these figures, you'll notice that nobody really seems
to standout above the others. Though it appears that the player who
averages 20.8mpg is less of an offensive threat compared to the rest. The
players are:
1. Howard Eisley
2. Derek Fisher
3. Steve Nash
4. Dana Barros

Dana has more steals, a much better fg%, 3p% and ppg in less minutes of
playing time than the other 3 players. His assist ratio isn't much lower
than theirs. The only negative for him may be that he's older and makes
more money. But on the basis of his play, I can't see how you can say
Eisley, Nash and Fisher are *definitely* better at the point position.
The one category I have neglected is turnovers, which maybe someone else has
the stats for.
