2000. I agree that there will be no talent in next year's draft. Its
pretty much guaranteed who will win the NCAA Championship, Arizona. Miles
Simon will be the lone good player in next years draft. Maybe a deal
sending Dana Barros, 1998 #1 pick for Williams and their 1999 #1 pick.

I agree, I can't think of any decent big men except for Doleac & the guy
from Stanford Tim ?(I'm blanking on this one) but nothing exceptional.
Jayson Williams would help us in two ways; Provide the low post rebounder
we drastically need and, provide a veteran figure on a very young team.
Williams is definitely gone for Jersey, but I am not sure we have what it
takes to get him. Jersey will probably need a point because Casell could be
gone. I would prefer we move Barros or Brown and get some additional 4/5
help & a scoring 3.
I believe Pitino has some other moves in store as the Radja deal is
finalized, possibly Strong or Declerq, but is attempting to avoid the
Travis Knight press leak . E.W & Dee Brown's presence in rookie camp could
be simply showcasing their talent ?
