So, will Billups get his college #4 now?

I know Celt fans will hate to see Wesley leave, but this is a great career
move for him (probably a good buisness move, too...). Muggsy Bogues is
again resigned to the bench unless the Hornets force him into retirement.
Charlotte desperately needed another scoring threat, and Wesley will
provide that.
