Which rumor? The Peter May article mentioned scouting the opposition, not
college. Budget cut 6 figures for the last half of last year.

Maybe someone ought to go over how the lottery works again. Is there an
advantage in being the worst team in the league versus being the 2nd worse
or 3rd worse? I thought the odds didn't change.

You mean Lakers & Suns? Sounds like a decent trade; both players may be in
happier circumstance. Of course for Ceballos this will be the 2nd time
around in Phoenix, but I don't recall that he had too many problems there.
