'Fraid not, but he definitely had at least one dunk during a game vs the
Sixers. Didn't see it, but reportedly a fairly windmilling version of the
species, over one Mr Erving. It won Chris the ironic nickname among his
teammates (some of whom continued to use it when he later coached them) of
'Doc'. In honor of the man he had emulated and burned <g>.

The dunk is important because it should be a bit surer than any other shot,
if you can do it. Harder to block because there's no chance to block it in
the air. The same reason should make it a slightly surer shot -how many
times have you seen someone blow a layup by shooting a bit too hard or soft.
Other than that it's entertainment and ego.
