 I know you need an PHD in Salary Capology to understand the rules of
the salary cap, but can anyone explain why the salary cap (the bulls
must be way over it with MJ Scottie and Pippen.. aren't they) doesn't
stop this from happening...The rich keep getting richer...If this is a
result of an injury to Wennington, what happens when he comes back?
