Another VH1 list: The 100 most shocking moments in Rock

I went looking on VH!.com for that Top 100 Album covers list. (That link 
would be appreaciated)
and came up with the 100 most shocking moments in rock:


81. The Who give an explosive performance on The Smothers Brothers Comedy 
Hour. (1967)
Odd that isn't much higher on the list.


44. The Who's Keith Moon accidentally runs over his chauffeur. (1970)
I see and driving a car into Steve McQueens pool is just second fiddle??

6. Fans killed at Who show (1979)
I don't see this as being "outrageous"
