New Bond favourite

With Pierce Brosnan considering hanging up his dinner
jacket and departing from the 007 films, he is coming
up 50 and that's a tad too old, another Irish actor
has emerged as a possible replacement.

Now firmly in the frame is Dubliner Pete Townsend ...
time will tell, of course, since there is much shoving
and pushing along a growing line of wannabe Bonds.
