You think some producer dressed 'em that way?!  And did their hair?!  C'mon! 
That's absurd!  And besides, compared to the mid-seventies Who, the early-
eighties Who atleast looked presentable.  Maybe Daltrey needed that sweater 
'cause it was cold.
