Isn't that what I said? Although he was only 30 at the time, so I might
resist the idea it's because his brain was shrinking.

There was a Swing club at my daughter's High School last year. Don't know if
it's still there; she's in college now...but I find it interesting how Brian
Setzer showed clearly the link between Swing and Rockabilly, which is the
root of Rock N Roll...

That's Setzer, then there's the Cherry Poppin' Daddies and Big Bad Voodoo
Daddy and Squirrel Nut Zippers (although they're not really Swing) and many
more. The Bosstones are certainly Ska, but a lot of Ska bands and fans are
also into Swing. I suppose because it's easy for the bands to play both.

I don't think that; it's merely what he said. I don't think he was ever
completely drug-free until after the heroin, and I've heard of incidents
after that too. Could be true, might not be.
