The nostalgia angle is especially interesting.  For me it was a particular
moment when The 'Oo got into my head for good.

I had little knowledge of them when a buddy suggested that we go see TKAA
(in '79).  Me being 16 and highly impressionable, I was floored in a way
that quickly led to obsession.  The first time I had really listened to WGFA
was at that viewing.  The last explosion of sight and sound starting with
Keith's solo, curled my toes and sent shivers through my body.

Nowadays I have to make myself cold or induce a fever to get those same
chills.  I guess I am holding out a little hope that I can revisit that
first 'Oo-gasm.
