Actually John recorded a studio version of the live album (all new songs), 
but it got stuck in contractual difficulties and so may never appear on the 
market.  That's a shame.  Bootlegs of it are out there in circulation, and 
it's very well done.  Interestingly, it has an atmospheric, noir, gothic 
sound, unusual for John.
