Re: Poor Roger & Poor John

Gee...

I have many vinyl adaptations of the Who's material, not to mention
John's first five on vinyl, Roger's first four on vinyl, most of Pete's in
some form or another and Keith's only. A couple of John's on CD, as well
as Pete's, did have a few but needed money. When I had more disposable
income, I bought a few boots. As far as WHO, I have all regularly released
material, both in the old and new (remixed) versions. I just can't get into
buying online, so sorry I don't or probably won't get the "Blues to the
Bush". However, someone has been really kind to me and given me stuff as in
the privately recorded arena, that has been great <G>. I haven't even paid
for that stuff. If I HAD disposable income to buy these 'other' recordings,
not to mention 'original' releases, I STILL would not be able to afford
these tickets to see the WHO that you all are clamoring to get. Would I
LOVE to see the WHO? Sure, but I will never get to, not at these prices...
Now you say, bull, but folks, it could be ANYONE selling those tickets, but
I am sorry, that is TOO MUCH for me. But I am GLAD that most all of you
are! Just do the rest of us a favor and post them reviews, since I will be
with you in spirit, and maybe share with you when those 'privately made'
recordings come my way...when they do...
