Harlan is like that, though. He may "like it" just because it is so
unpopular with the SF community.
Hell, I used to think Leave It To Beaver was pretty good, as a character
study of the way society was perceived and translated on television in the
early `60s. And I'm very sure that Ozzie Nelson was a drug user, having
watched all of those shows. You can tell; and I can cite examples that prove it.
