His best work, hitting his stride perhaps before going after his concepts.

I used to enjoy this album, and now I hate it for some reason. Shine On
is the only track I still listen to when the mood strikes me.

The above applies here, I can't stand Pigs Dogs, and Sheep. Pigs on A
Wing isn't bad however.

The most overrated rock album of all time, bar none! Well second to Boston
anyway. As I said, Waters did a better job on the Final Cut than the
Wall. Two Suns in the Sunset is the best song he's ever written.

I just hate what Pink Floyd turned into, and it's all due to Waters. The
reason Dark Side was so successfull was due to the input of Gilmour,
Wright, and Waters as a TEAM. Breathe may be credited to Waters but
Gilmour has his fingerprints in the song. Same with all the tunes on
Dark Side, and Wright could write too. Check out pre Dark Side albums
like Obscured By Clouds, Meddle, and Atom Heart Mother. Though Waters
has his share of compositions, Gilmour and Wright help out and generally
succeed. Waters took the fun out of Floyd and in turn the band lost it's
grip in writing decent melodic tunes. I've always told friends/people
that Live in Pompeii is Floyd's true peak as a band. IMHO it's second
only to TKAA, my favorite rock movie.
