MCA already had a "deal" with Talmy. The problem is, that MCA also has a
"deal", with Polydor and THEY don't want to "settle" at this point in time.
Either...

a) Polydor will work it out and both labels will offer it...

b) the Polydor & MCA deal with expire (at some point) and MCA will offer
it...
