According to ICE, Pete was all for bonus tracks and had to be convinced of
doing otherwise.  Pete's idea was to wait 15 seconds or so, and have an
official sounding voice say "THESE TRACKS WERE NOT ON THE ORIGINAL RELEASE"
or something to that effect.

Oh well, what could have been...
