Who tribute songs

Recently, I drew attention to a song on the Raspberries last album, issued
in the early 70`s (Eric Carmen`s old band), which is a great tribute to The
Who and in particular PT`s power chord style. However, I did not supply
further details (except for the song`s title, I Don`t Even Know Myself). For
those who don`t know the song and would like further details to track it
down, it is from the said group`s last album, Starting Over, and the
guitarist on the track was the Raspberries` lead guitarist, Wally Bryson, a
fine player who had absorbed numerous British and U.S. guitar styles. Eric
Carmen sang a sturdy, Daltreyesque vocal. The tune quotes from a number of
Townshendian riffs, but especially from WGFA and I`m A Boy. I bought the
album on CD recently as a Japanese import. Also on the record is the hit
Overnite Sensation. Well, we know the subsequent career of Eric Carmen, but
I wonder what Wally Bryson is up to these days. Hey Wally!
