What you have just described is a FAQL - a Frequently Asked Questions
List.  While one does not need to have a USENET News group to have
a FAQ, perhaps now that there is a who-related news group, it 
is time to do one for the Who.

(I mean, if Queensryche and Tori Amos can have one...:)

This kind of information is not efficiently 
distributed if every FAQ author has to include 
this kind of reference on mechanics. 

Not to be rude myself, but there are other places
on the net where those issues are explained in 
exhaustive detail.

ObWho: Someone should DEFINITELY put into a FAQ a synopsis of 
       the plot of the Broadway version of "Tommy". It's been
       asked and answered here repeatedly, and I plead guilty
       to still not knowing.  Just couldn't bring myself to 
       sit through it when it came by last November...
