WHO on VH-1

I called VH-1 yesterday to find out about the WHO weekend. I got trapped
in endless voicemail, but here's what I discovered (apologies to 2 of you
on the list who I answered individually -- here it is again).

The Who weekend begins at 2 pm Eastern Standard Time. It starts with Who
Rarities, a made-for VH-1 special featuring all new interviews with PT and
RD (but they didn't say JE! What gives?), and rare performance clips.
They will also show three concerts -- the Who Rocks America, the Who Live
Featuring the Rock Opera "Tommy", and Who Live at Giants Stadium, 1989.
They will also show the "VH-1 premiere" of Maximum R&B, 30 Yrs of the Who
-- the 1 hour PBS version. That will be shown Saturday at 4 and 8 pm est,
and three times Sunday -- 2 pm, 6:30 pm, and 10:00 est. It appears that
Sunday's 2-11 broadcast of Who stuff is the same as Saturday's, except
shuffled around in different order. I don't know that for a fact, so
please, don't hold me to this.

That's all I know. Get those VCRs rolling.
