As far as cost goes, the retail price in the states is are $63.98.  Nobody
should have to shell out for than that.  The actual cost for the store is
somewhere around $48.99 (the usual cost for a 4 CD MCA box set).  There's a
small video rental place in my area that sells CDs at $1 over cost plus tax.
 I was going to wait a week to get the box set that way, but I caved in after
the review in the last digest.  Fortunateley, I found a store that was
selling the set for $52.99.

By the way, did anybody else find the response cards less than satisfactory?
 I ended up writing suggestions around the edge of the card.
