Since when has anybody passed the ball in an all star game unless the player
is
a point guard? Last season Antoine had many sterling games leading the
celtics
to victory but you single out his performance in the all star game. If I
remember
correctly Antoine hardly got the ball.

May I ask what is the basis of coming up with these figures? In today's NBA
for 8 mill per you get a Brian Grant, Elden Campbell etc, not Antoine Walker
unless offcourse you think he is no better than these two.

Both Hakeem and David are pulling about 12 mill a year and these numbers
would have
been in the 15 mill vicinity had they been younger. In addition there
contracts were negotiated
in the 95-96 season, salaries have gone up since. Barkley is serving out his
long term contract
and obviously nobody is going to pay him because his best days are behind
him.

Antoine does pass the ball and very well to. How do you think he got all the
assists? The one thing that he needs to do is learn to pass better out of
double teams and that will come once front court settles down.

Again all star game is not the best game to evaluate a players team play.

Antoine is a great player now, all he needs is some good players around him.
Playing with KA did wonders to his game. With Mercer settling down and with
a
quality player like Pierce in the frontline teams will be hesitant to double
and triple
team him.

>d) Mercer and Pierce
