Yep. There is definitely audience banter picked up by the mics.

Well, a-hem, yes it is, thank you! I think Jeff H. can attest to that now
(along with Christian and Bjorn). ;-)

Yes *please* !
Someone help me. I'm stuck in 33 years in the past!

Oh, oh, I hate it when you have a good point.

Just spoke with my bud Stu who saw Abbey Rd last night at Wolf Trap in DC
(well VA).
Funny story.....
Todd Rundregan (sp? whatever) was running around all crazy with a
tambourine, kind of spinning and dancing. He ends up right in front of
John, face to face. Looks at John, and then gets this scared expression
(i'm sure in fun), and then cowers away with his tail tucked between his
legs.

HA! Don't fuck with The OX!

Stu's report: Over all a good time, with John clearly the dominant player
on stage (although high marks for Ann Wilson). Stu made a point to
highlight the song "Bang on my drum", where John was "amazing". "His
fingers were just a blurrrrr. He carried the entire song."

Stay in Tune,
Kevin in VT
