	I don't think it was the drugs at all.  One can be discreet and
partake and still have fun.
	Security, or lack there of, was the issue.  It allows people to
think they can get away with anything. ANARCHY!!!!  While it feels fun at
the time, with so many people, it is a prescription for disaster.
