Hendrix and heroin, again no Who from Frank

It was maybe a year or two ago that I read a very long interview with 
Mick Jagger in Rolling Stone.  In that interview Mick says quite 
simply that Jimi Hendrix became a heroin addict.  Obviously I knew 
nothing about the sequence of events surrounding his death but if 
Mick says Jimi was a junkie I take his word for it.  I was skeptical 
about the barbituate story out of ignorance.  Often the cause of 
death on a death certificate is simply faked.  (Usually in the case 
of euthenasia - a practice that if very, very common in the USA.  
Think "morphine drip".)  Did Elvis really die of a heart attack?  Oh 
well...admit to ignorance of the events surrounding Hendrix's death 
but have no reason to not believe Mick Jagger.

I am sorry that this is yet another non-Who related post from me.  
I thought I sent my first Hendrix and heroin message to an individual but 
maybe I sent it to the list by mistake.
