MK IV look light for MK III

Hi everyone, Chris Collier here,

I first want to admit that all the times people posted updates, and
information on how to install the MK IV look lights on their MK
III................I deleted the posts, as at that time, this mod was
not in the budget.

Well, this mod is NOW in the budget.

With the addition of the Zender Softline front bumper, I have found that
the choices for grilles on the Jetta III is limited, which brings me to
the project.

Project:

Replace Jetta hood with Golf III hood.
Replace Jetta headlights with MK IV look smoked lights.
Replace Jetta style grille with Golf style grille.

Need Help Topics:

Who has the most competitive price for the MK IV look lights (smoked)?;
I do not need the wiring or mounting kits, as I will construct these
myself.

Where or who, has a comprehensive step-by-step installation of these
lights (both mounting, and wiring) for a NA A3 car?

Will I need a Euro switch?
Will I be able to run the "city lights" only, as my DRLs?

Which manufacturer of these lights are of better quality: In Pro or
Hella, or others?

Please send help, as I have searched the Library, and have not found
definitive answers.
