There was never a storm edition in Canada.  They were for England ONLY and were right hand drive.  

The Corrado will be much more rewarding do drive than an E30 325.  The love and attachment that comes with owning a Corrado can only be understood once you have driven one.  There is a resaon it was on the list of the 10 cars you should drive before you die and was labeled the car porsche should of built.  It may not be the fastest or the best car, but there is more to it that only past and present Corrado drivers understand.  I would suggest signing up for the corrado mailing list or checking out the forums at www.vwvortex.com for corrado information.
