I know what you're feeling right now. Been totaled in a Jetta, twice 
(rear-ended once, SUVed once).

The biggest testament to our car's safety is the fact that you were able to 
relate the story to us, uninjured. Had you been driving a lesser car, you may 
not have fared so well.

As painful as it is to lose a much-loved car, it's nothing compared to what 
could have happened.
