Yup,
My problem was this:
I would drive in the morning or anytime. Car would be great on highway, no
stumbling or anything.
I would exit the highway and prepare to come to a stop. As soon as a began
braking, I would put in the clutch.
When the clutch went in, the car would stall. It would immediately restart,
but this happened pretty regularly
at one particular place. Unless it was EM radiation at that one spot...  :))

The dealer diagnosed a faulty EGR valve (that was sticking open) on the
third visit back to correct the problem. 
So this one seems pretty hard to find, as that dealer had excellent service.
It was replaced under warranty.

Probably $300 out of warranty...
