i think in the manual it says that theres only a prob when the engine light is flashing. if the light is on steadily, it needs to be reset. sorry, but i dont know how to reset it, i had to bring my car to the stealership to do that. luckily it was covered by theh warranty. bobby jettaflite@aol.com
