I had to take the tint off the front when I moved to NJ from PA.  Apparently
anyone in NJ with tinted windows must be up to something.  The correlation
between crime and tinted windows must be pretty strong...

yeah, definately check the laws there, i have just regular tint on my
windows 
and already have gotten two tickets, illinois sucks with that!  Good luck!
