Right about those seats.  I'm 5'9" and my head brushes the roof in the back.
The Passat's roomier back seat almost won me over when I was shopping but I
rarely, if ever, haul adults around (just my two youngsters), and I just
didn't get the "grin" factor with the Passat's turbo'd engine.  The V6
Passat was too expensive considering the miles I put on cars so I went with
the Jetta...
