Anyone put the Golf IV style lights on a GLX?

OK,
After an incident with a corn field, I have numerous small dents in my hood
(and fenders). For the cost of painting the hood, I can replace it with a
golf hood. So I am considering upgrading the lighting at the same time. 

Has anyone put Potterman's Golf IV light on a GLX? How hard was it, what did
you have to do?

Do you need to do anything special to mount the Golf hood on a Jetta? Does
all the hardware work? I have a 95 with the heated washer nozzles, is there
a specific year I need to get for the hood?

I know the Golf IV lights fit with a little sheet metal trimming, anyone
have any info at all?
