Another suggestion (because I've heard people getting refused for 
warranty repairs on the engine due to K&N - which should be BS), is 
to look up info from SEMA (Special Equipment Manufacturers 
Association), on warranty STUFF. They shouldn't refuse service unless 
the problem is DIRECTLY related to the aftermarket part. It IS 
possible that the height adjustment put an excess strain on some part 
of the steering rack, but look into SEMA to find out for sure.
