Projektzwo RANT (semi-long)

Has anyone had any problems dealing with Projektzwo?  Reason I ask is
that i've become fed up with the German tuner - it's been one DELAY
after another, or it been missing parts and even more delays getting
replacement parts for the missing items..... Here's a ROUGH timeline of
events and problems. (I have a detailed list on my PC at work with
times, dates, and names of people i've talked to about the following)

- Placed order for full kit, headlights, mirrors, and
  rear spoiler Febuary 02, 1999.  Was told that it
  would take 3-4 weeks to get the order filled, mainly
  due to ordering/shipping schedules.  Willing to wait,
  since vendor sold items at a nice discount. (The
  discount has been the ONLY positive thing i've
  experienced in this whole ordeal, BTW)   ;)

- Kit, headlights, and mirrors arrive May 05, 1999,
  after many, many calls and assurances over the months
  that the parts were on their way.
  Headlights are missing the lens adjustment hardware.
  (4 plastic clips)  Contacted vendor and they assured
  me that this was not a problem, and i'd have my parts
  in about 3 weeks (next order from projektzwo)

- Spoiler arrived July 03, 1999.

- Early August a box with headlight parts arrives. The
  parts sent are wrong.  Vendor contacted and will
  get and Fed-Ex correct parts....

- September 04, 1999 - while reading the PISS-POOR
  install instructions that projektzwo provides for
  the body kit, I discover that I am missing a good
  chunk of the mounting hardware for the front end and
  side skirts.  Vendor contacted and assures me that
  they will send parts from their warehouse this week.

- September 06, 1999 - still waiting on the headlight
  parts..  Was assured (pretty assured by now, huh?!)
  that the parts are now on hand, and they will ship
  with the body mounting hardware this week.

- September 06 1999 - I'm not holding my breath waiting
  for this crap to arrive anytime soon.  I have shop
  time booked for early November (with money down for
  paint and supplies already!) that I'm willing to bet
  I miss because the parts will not be here... Any
  takers?

- Granted, I got my kit at a nice markdown, but i've
  been waiting since FEBUARY for everything to arrive.
  I've almost thrown in the towel several times and
  sold this crap (lucky I didn't as some poor sap
  would now be writing bad stuff about me for shorting
  him the parts to install his kit), but I keep telling
  myself that the parts will arrive and I will be able
  to paint and install them soon........  It's been one
  problem after another, and it's still not even out
  of the damn BOX yet!!!!!!!!!!!  When is enough
  enough????? Can SEVEN MONTHS be enough, PLEASE???
  Am I being unreasonable?

  It's already placed my relationship with my girlfriend at jeopardy,
since all I do is obsess with getting the fucking car finished.....


 Sorry, but I just had to vent, you don't know what it's like to have a
box that cost $3000.00+ sitting in your garage collecting dust that you
can't use.  (and to have a girlfriend that reminds you almost daily that

that the $3000.00 would have been better spent on a house down payment
than a box of worthless car parts sitting in the garage.)
