RE: speed limiter



I can guarantee that no dealer who cares to stay in business is going to
touch the speed limiter. Even so, it would be cheaper to buy a chip with a
higher limit from Neuspeed, Garett.... considering the labour charges at
the shop. 

My 95 has ODBI so it may perform differently than yours. When it hits the
limiter just past 220km/135 mph it feels like the engine just died  for a
second and a half.  By the time the power comes back on you're down about
10km/hr. Not what you want happening in the middle of a turn.
