I have whacked into my stock 130mph limit a few times. It starts dropping
spark to cyclinders at that point so you feel the car misfire and REALLY
drop of in pulling power. If you hit the limiter REALLY hard, it will also
start dropping fuel injectors out...
On my car it started at about 128 indicated, which is really about 120moh
actual due to speedo error. 

Now that I have Z-Rated tires on, I'm gonna get me a Garrett to make it go
away...
