Wheel re-finishing

	I have the stock GLX 7-spoke "Bugatti style" wheels, and will be keeping 
them (since fundage is growing VERY short, and I need new tires, brake 
calipers, etc.) vice upgrading to +1 or +2 size wheels (although I'd love 
to). There are some unattractive scratches on them, unfortunately, and I 
want to refinish them. What are my options? I saw a blue GLX here in Tucson 
that had my wheels, only they were PAINTED black. They actually looked 
GREAT. I'd even go for black wheels w/ my black car, if it'd be easier, 
altough I'd prefer a lighter color, like the silver/grey they already are. 
How should I resurface them? What kind of paint should I use? Is there any 
kind that would be easier to wash?
