This is the filter size that I have on my GTI.   It was also the original
filter size that was provided with the ABD Q-Flow and the Neuspeed P-Flo.
There should be no loss in torque or HP when switching from the 6 inch K&N
(RU-2820) to the 9 inch K&N (RE-0810).
