Sounds like something that you could clean yourself.
If it just looks like upon inspection that it is just a rubber
type of rub mark......Buy some rubbing compound from
an auto parts place and wipe over it according to 
instructions, next step would be to wax over it to smooth
over the paint, then use a polish to bring back the gloss.
****Make sure that the products that you use can be 
used on clear coat finishes!!**** 
This will save you a trip to either place and give your
arm a good workout:-)  If after this is done it looks like
that the rub cuts into the finish then a paint shop may 
able to fix it.........
