I'm probably a broken record on this, but I have found that one of
the sources of rattles in my car are the two seatbelt receptacles in
the back seat. When you hit even a minor bump, they may rattle
against each other.

Simple fix; either

a) Pull up the seat cushion (as if you're putting the seats down) and
hide one of the two receptacles under the seat. This works well if
you only have two people ever riding in back. ( You can hide more of
the seatbelt accessories if you don't have anyone riding in your back
seat, for that matter).

b) Gently pull the two receptacles away from each other so they no
longer touch.

This may not be your problem, but it sure fixes a potentially
annoying rattling.
