Euro licence plate

Anyone know where to get one of the long rectangular german style 
license plates? I want to affix one to the front bumper (BTW, how 
would I do that, since there is no visible bracket on mine), but have 
been unsuccessfull in finding one. I saw a nice M3 with one, and also 
passed a Corrado VR6 in Louisiana wearing one. I want one 
desperately, and only because I think they are 'cool.' Any leads 
would be appreciated.
